Articulo 20.- Los conductores de motocicletas deben sujetarse a lo dispuesto en el capĆtulo ll de este TĆtulo, exceptuando aquellas provisiones que por la naturaleza propia de los vehĆculos no sean aplicable. Adicionalmente los conductores de motocicletas deben:
- Utilizar un carril completo de circulación;
El motociclista que incumpla lo dispuesto en la presente disposición, serĆ” sancionado con una multa equivalente a 5, 7 o 10 veces la Unidad de Medida y Actualización vigente y un punto a la licencia de conducir, o aquella autoridad llamada āpolicĆaā encargada en disponer de la sanción tendrĆ” la opción de vociferar un trato mĆ”s circunstancial para la ocasión, para aquel conductor que cuente con el efectivo suficiente en la cartera para arreglar de forma mĆ”s rĆ”pida y concisa la multa que aparentemente se le impone, pondrĆ” su libreta muy cerca del conductor consignado para que este balancee un billete de la denominación acordada, o impuesto por el servidor pĆŗblico, para que asĆ dicho conductor siga su camino con prisa y con un vacĆo en su cartera, tal vez mil quinientos, tal vez mil, quizĆ” quinientos o de plano uno de doscientos que serĆ” transportado a la billetera del (los) oficial(es), todo esto con ajustes a las condiciones materiales que se dan dentro de la circunstancia, personal, local, territorial, social o estructural.
Ya que dicho servidor pĆŗblico poseerĆ” un nuevo billete dentro de sus pertenencias podrĆ” decidir quĆ© hacer con Ć©l, comprarle a su mujer unos bonitos aretes, a sus hijos mochilas nuevas o a Ć©l una bebida embriagante comĆŗnmente conocida como caguama, el billete tal vez le pueda ofrecer llevar a su familia a cenar, pagar lo que le restaba de la tanda, o arreglar su propio vehĆculo que tanta falta le hace.
LlegarÔ a casa después de toda una jornada peligrosa y maliciosa de 24 horas, se quitarÔ el traje de autoridad, se desabotonarÔ la camisa y la dejarÔ descansar en el suelo, se quitarÔ las botas pesadas y el pantalón sudado, para sacarse los calcetines, el del lado izquierdo contendrÔ todo el dinero que ganó en esas 24 horas de lo que él mismo llama bisnes y se pondrÔ a contar con calma y en silencio los billetes una y otra vez: uno, dos tres, cuatro, cinco, uno dos tres cuatro cinco, unodostrescuatrocinco.
Se acercarĆ” a su caja secreta, la que nadie mĆ”s conoce, ni su esposa misma, y ahĆ pondrĆ” todo ese dinero que habĆa estado pisando todo el dĆa, para despuĆ©s irse a acostar y abrazar a su esposa, acostar pero no dormir, pues cada que regrese a casa despuĆ©s de 24 horas de trabajo le costarĆ” muchĆsimo volver a dormir y volver a acostumbrar a su cuerpo a descansar, pero llegarĆ” el momento en el que pueda dormir, una, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco horas, una dos tres cuatro cinco horas, unadostrescuatrocincohoras.
Para que al despertar al siguiente dĆa pueda ir a comprar medio kilo de carnitas, un Sidral Mundet y otro medio kilo de tortillas, que su esposa le diga que cuanto le va a dejar para el gasto, que si los niƱos, que sus mochilas, que la tanda y el seguirĆ” pensando en arreglar su vehĆculo motorizado llamado motocicleta, repartirĆ” todo ese dinero a regaƱadientes y maldiciendo en silencio, se quedarĆ” todo el dĆa en casa viendo televisión y asĆ pasarĆ”n las primeras 24 horas, muy rĆ”pidas a comparación de las 24 de estar trabajando, en la noche su mujer lavarĆ” su uniforme y no se preocuparĆ” por levantarse temprano al siguiente dĆa, pues tambiĆ©n descansarĆ”, su turno es de 24 por 48 horas.
Al siguiente dĆa se levantarĆ” y llevarĆ” su motocicleta a arreglar, la arrancarĆ” con insistencia y manejarĆ” sin casco ni precaución de camino al mecĆ”nico, se atravesarĆ” de un carril a otro para llegar mĆ”s rĆ”pido y mientras lo haga recordarĆ” algo, recordarĆ” que el artĆculo 20 dice que:

Since the public servant will have a new bill among his belongings, he can decide what to do with it. The bill may also allow him to take his family to dinner, pay the remainder of his money pool, or fix his vehicle, which he needs so much.
The officer will arrive home after a dangerous and malicious 24-hour workday, remove his suit of authority, unbutton his shirt and let it rest on the floor, and take off his heavy boots and sweaty pants. He will then remove his socks, the one on the left side will contain all the money he earned in those 24 hours of what he calls «business» and he will calmly and silently count the bills over and over again: one, two, three, four, five, one, two, three, three, four, five, one, two, three, four, five, one, two, three, four, five, one, two, three, four, five, uno, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco.
He will go to his secret box, the one that nobody else knows about, not even his wife, and there he will put all the money he had been stepping on all day, and then he will go to bed and hug his wife, to go to bed but not to sleep, because every time he returns home after 24 hours of work it will cost him a lot to go back to sleep and get his body used to rest again, but the time will come when he can sleep, one, two, three, four, five hours, one, two, three, four, five hours, una, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco horas.
